How do I get to Monte Carlo from the airport?
There are many options to get from the airport to the Monte Carlo. We recommend either taxi or shuttle service. Taxis are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside doors 1-4. Taxis from the airport will range in cost due to traffic and route taken. Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Guests should notify the attendant if they plan to use a credit card for payment. A variety of shuttle services is available at McCarran, and is located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. Shuttles cost $7 per person and will generally take up to 25-40 minutes due to multiple stops at other hotels prior to stopping at Monte Carlo. Shuttle service from the airport does not need to be pre-reserved but will need to be reserved for return trips back to the airport at the end of your stay. How do I get to Monte Carlo from the freeway?
On the I-15 heading North:
Take the Tropicana Avenue exit. Turn right on Tropicana Avenue. Turn left on to South Las Vegas Boulevard. Left at Rue de Monte Carlo.
On the I-15 heading South
Take the Flamingo Road East exit. Merge onto East Flamingo Road and take a slight right on to South Las Vegas Boulevard. Pass the Bellagio and Aria. Turn right on Rue de Monte Carlo. Monte Carlo will be on your right.
Is there shuttle service from the airport to Monte Carlo?
Several companies offer shuttle service to and from McCarran International Airport (approximately $7.00 per person one-way). Shuttles are located out door exits 7-13 by baggage claim. Return shuttles run from Monte Carlo to the airport from 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Reservations are recommended for airport returns after 6:00 p.m. Our Concierge can assist you with the arrangements. Taxi service to the airport costs approximately $12 to $15 one-way.
Do your guestrooms have hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, hairdryers, and refrigerators?
Hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, standard toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and lotion), alarm clocks, and room safes are provided in all of our guest-rooms. We do not provide coffee makers or microwave ovens. Refrigerators and cribs are available upon request for a nominal daily fee.

Do you charge more for additional guests in a room?
Our rates are based on single/double occupancy.If you have more than two guests in a room there is an additional fee of $30.00 per person/per night, regardless of age. Please keep in mind there is a maximum of four guests in each room.
Check-in And Check-out Times
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time begins at 3:00p.m. It is possible that you may be able to check in sooner, depending on our inventory of clean, vacant rooms. Otherwise, our Bell Desk can store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If your travel plans necessitate a later check-out, please contact the Front Desk to assist you with these arrangements. Please note that a late checkout fee may apply. Our Bell Desk will be happy to hold your luggage for you until you are ready to depart if you are not able to arrange a late checkout.
Do you provide daycare or have children's activities?

How can I get comps, funbooks and coupons at Monte Carlo?
"Comps" are offered to rated table games players and slot players based on their previous play at Monte Carlo or the other MGM Resorts International properties that make up our M life Players Club. Play is tracked on your M life card. You can also receive special hotel e-mail offers throughout the year by signing the Guestbook on our website. Visit our "Promotions" page to see additional rate specials posted two to three months in advance. We do not otherwise offer funbooks or free coupons at Monte Carlo.
Do you offer military or AAA discounts?
For military personnel, we are pleased to offer a $10 discount off our prevailing nightly rate. AAA members are also eligible to receive a $10 discount off our prevailing rate for one room when a valid AAA membership card is presented upon check-in. (Please note that the AAA discount is not available during special rate promotions.)
What is the dress code for your shows and gourmet restaurants?
Although you will see Las Vegas visitors in a wide array of attire, the atmosphere in our showrooms and gourmet restaurants calls for a more sophisticated style of dress. While jackets and ties are not required, we suggest casual evening attire for our guests. Tank tops, cut-off shorts, and athletic shoes are not appropriate. Jackets are suggested for men dining in Andre’s.
How can I order a special amenity for a hotel guest?
Floral arrangements, balloon bouquets and a variety of special gift baskets can be delivered directly to a guest's room by calling our gift shop, at (702) 730-7555. Special food and beverage amenities, such as champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, can be arranged through Concierge 702-730-7010 or toll-free 877-459-0268.
How can I purchase gift cards at Monte Carlo, and where can they be used?
Monte Carlo Gift Cards are available in denominations starting from $5. They are available for purchase in person at the Concierge. Gift Cards can be used in our shops, restaurants, spa, salon, and towards a guest's room account. Gift cards may not be used for gaming.
Do you sell golf packages or make arrangements for golf?
We do not offer golf packages, but we can certainly assist you with tee times and arrangements to play at any Walter’s Golf Course or one of the many other fine golf courses in Las Vegas. How do I make reservations for tours?
Our Concierge staff can assist you with booking one of the many available tours in the area. Advance reservations are not required, but the more popular tours do tend to fill up quickly, so it's best to book ahead. For assistance, please call (702) 730-7010.
What are the benefits of signing the Guestbook on your website?
It takes just a moment to sign our Guestbook to become eligible to receive the special promotions and discounts we offer several times throughout the year. The Promotions Page on our website has additional discounted rates which are generally posted two to three months in advance.
Do you have a gym, and is there a charge to use it?
The Spa Fitness Center features state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment. The wet area consists of Jacuzzis, steam room, sauna and juice bar. For updated fees please refer to the Spa section under amenities on our web site. Non-guests are permitted to use the facilities Monday through Thursday.
Do you offer Internet access, and what is the charge?
High Speed: We offer High Speed Internet access in our rooms. This amenity is included in the daily resort fee. For more information call (702)730-7245.
How old do I have to be to book a room or gamble in your casino?
You must be 21 years of age to gamble or consume alcoholic beverages in Nevada. You must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card to reserve a hotel room at Monte Carlo.
Do you provide limousine service for your guests?

How can I mail something to a Monte Carlo guest?
Address the package to The Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Be sure to write the recipient's name on the package, followed by the words "Hotel Guest" and their arrival date. Our Business Services Center will notify the guest of their package. We offer complimentary valet service.
Do you allow pets at Monte Carlo?
Sorry, pets are not allowed. Our Front Desk or Room Reservations staff may assist you with kennel locations. Service animals are allowed.
How do I make reservations for your restaurants?
Reservations for restaurants located at Monte Carlo can be made up to 60 days in advance by calling our Concierge at 702-730-7010 or 877-459-0268.
If I book in advance, can I be assured a non-smoking room, bed type or floor preference?
Regretfully, we cannot guarantee room requests, regardless of when a reservation is made, because rooms are assigned from the inventory of clean, vacant rooms that are available when a guest arrives. We do note all room requests and make every attempt to satisfy those requests.
If I am not staying at Monte Carlo, can I use your Spa and Salon?
Non-guests have access to these facilities Monday through Thursday for a nominal $25.00 per day charge. The Spa is open daily from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. with Spa Service hours of 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. The Salon is open daily from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. For more information about our Spa or Salon please visit our website or call the Spa (702) 730-7590 or for the salon call (702) 730-7960. How can I find out about special events at Monte Carlo?
Most special events at Monte Carlo such as slot tournaments, blackjack tournaments, and special casino events are held in conjunction with our Casino. Attendance is normally restricted to Players Club members who meet the required play criteria, and tickets are not sold to the general public. If you would like information on how to be included in these special events, please contact our Casino Marketing Department at (800) 822-8276.
What transportation is available from your location on The Strip?
Shuttles are available to and from McCarran International Airport. Other transportation options include taxis, limousine service, the City Bus, and the various connecting trams and walkways between Strip resorts. Our Concierge will be happy to assist you with any of your transportation needs.
Can I request a room with a great view of the Strip or Pool?
We have Premium High Floor Deluxe rooms on the 23rd floor and above and High Floor Strip View Deluxe Rooms on the 23rd floor and above available for an additional fee per night.
In addition to these room types, we also have our beautiful Monaco Suite and luxurious Spa Suite for an additional fee based on availability.
Do you offer packages that include airfare?
While Monte Carlo does not offer vacation packages, MGM Resorts International Vacations is a company that specializes in providing complete vacations to each of the MGM Resorts properties.
