Cindy An

Cindy An was born in South Vietnam and when she was two years old, her family moved to Seoul, Korea. At the age of 11, she moved to Southern California. Cindy is fluent in both Korean and Vietnamese - her mother is Chinese and her father is half Korean and half Japanese. Cindy moved to Las Vegas in the summer of 2004 to pursue a career in real estate. Prior to coming on board at Monte Carlo, Cindy has managed and operated her own real estate business and was awarded top Sales Executive of her company. Cindy brings with her over 10 years of business, sales and customer service experience. Taking on new challenges and working with all kinds of interesting new people are things that Cindy loves about her job. In her free time, Cindy enjoys going to the bookstore, playing at the beach, practicing Korean martial arts (Tae Kwon Do), dancing, fine dining, and traveling.

Chad Dixon

Chad Dixon has a great passion for the casino business and knew early in his college career that his future would involve the hospitality industry. After graduating from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Restaurant/Resort Management, Chad moved to Las Vegas to pursue a career in Casino Marketing. Chad has worked as a Casino Marketing Executive for the past six years. Although he recognizes that being a Casino Host on The Strip is among the most challenging and competitive jobs in Las Vegas, Chad thoroughly enjoys his job and says he wouldn’t have it any other way. He brings an unparalleled commitment to customer service excellence because of his dedication to the Monte Carlo guest.

Shin Galin

Shin Galin, with her strong belief in the power of a smile, hails from Fujian, China. She lived in Tokyo, Japan for six years before moving to Las Vegas in 1996. Shin has been a Casino Marketing Executive since June 2000. One aspect of Shin’s job that she absolutely enjoys is the fact that she has many opportunities to meet different people from all over the world. This allows her to use her Chinese and Japanese language skills along with a smile, which she believes is the best international language. Shin can be seen using the smile each and every day at Monte Carlo to further enhance the guest’s experience.

Catherine Heng

Catherine has been a Las Vegas resident for 27 years. Catherine began her career in Marketing with The Mirage after graduating from UNLV in 2000 with a B.S. in Business Administration Management. In 2006, she was promoted to Executive Slot Host and transferred to Monte Carlo where she absolutely enjoys the daily challenges of being a Host. She loves the job, the people she works with and above all, the guests that she hosts every single day. During her down time, Catherine loves to shop, travel and spend time with her family.

Brandon Whitney

A native of the great state of Indiana, Brandon Whitney attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis for Business Management. Brandon began his career with MGM MIRAGE in 2001 as a Casino Host at New York-New York Hotel & Casino. Prior to joining MGM MIRAGE, Brandon acquired his knowledge as a Casino Host at Bally’s and Paris Las Vegas. Brandon has an impressive background in the hospitality and service industry working for great companies including Marriot, Hilton Hotels and Avis.

Kurt Zeppenfeld

Kurt Zeppenfeld has worked as a Casino Marketing Executive with Monte Carlo since December 2006 and has been an employee of MGM MIRAGE since 1990. Kurt is proud to be a Diversity Champion and a Commander in the Naval Reserve who was recalled to active duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He brings to the Monte Carlo team the belief that each customer has great value and is strongly convinced that every guest should leave Monte Carlo as if they were the most important guest on the property.

Patty Sanchez

Patty has been a resident in Las Vegas since the early 1970's, she was born and raised in North Dakota. She has been in the Casino Industry for over 30 years giving her a wide range of experience in the all aspects of Casino Marketing. Patty attended the University of North Dakota and obtained an Associate Arts Degree in Marketing at the Devils Lake Regional Junior College in North Dakota. Patty enjoys the interaction with casino players and assisting in making casino guests "feel rich" at Monte Carlo. Traveling is her a favorite perk as Director of Player Development which allows her to create lasting relationships by visiting new destinations and revisiting favorite places in the home cities of our casino guests.

Chaz Green

Chaz is a resident native to state of Nevada. He was born and raised in Reno, and opted to move to Las Vegas in 2001 to further his education. Chaz attended UNLV and graduated in 2006 with a BA in Journalism Media Studies with a focus on advertising. He enjoys running outdoors as well as lifting weights at the gym. Chaz considers himself a real people person and believes that the most enjoyable part of his job is the customer interaction. He feels that he is blessed to be able to meet people from all realms of life with diverse backgrounds while he is working. The aphorism that Chaz lives by is, "work hard, and play hard."
